I HAVE just seen the 'vision' of the hotel that was going to be built on the racecourse corner.
Last week I saw the artists impression of the regeneration of Waterdale.

Just which planet do our councillors and Mr Winter live on? It seems to me that Doncaster is ruled by Arena, Lazarus, Urban I and other large development businesses.

Why are they not interested in getting Doncaster town, the main streets and the many roads in Doncaster that are needing so much attention.
Mr Winter seems more interested in the big developments. Doncaster is loosing its own identity.

It is time Mr Winter and his cabinet looked at Doncaster town and realised just what has happened to our once interesting market town.

What Doncaster Council is doing to Doncaster is unnaceptable. They're driving all the small local businesses out of the town and turning the place into a boring clone town. People are just bored of it and are just going to Leeds and Nottingham. I mean you can go to Topshop, Next, Primark, Debenhams in any city in the UK. It's like the Mayor wants Doncaster to be a 'mini Leeds'.

I see local business doesn't belong in the new 'city of Doncaster'
