READING articles in the Free Press, regarding rates for Doncaster Airport, 1.1 per cent may not be a lot of money, but bearing in mind fuel rises, food, mortgages etc.
The pennies become pounds. Maybe I should ask for a suspension of my council tax, gas and electricity for five years.

I then read of 40 million for road repairs, with the usual statement something else must suffer, i.e. education.

Oh no, not again, why not suspend the Waterdale Civic Centre, to pay for roads and bring other various items up to date.
