TODAY
ART: Doncaster Art Club continues its annual exhibition of work by members at Doncaster Museum and Art Gallery, Chequer Road. The event runs until September 21 and admission is free. Opening times are 10am to 5pm Monday to Saturday and 2pm to 5pm on Sunday.
TOMORROW

SATURDAY
WALK: Doncaster Ramblers will be enjoying the sights and sounds of Clumber Park. Participants should meet at 10am by the cricket ground. The ten mile walk will take in the park and its surrounding area. Contact leaders Gill and Bob Hasson for more details on (01302) 884288.

SUNDAY
CONCERT: The Rockingham Brass Band will play the Sunday afternoon band concert at Brodsworth Hall from 3pm. Standard garden admission charges apply. Contact (01302) 722598 for more details.

WALK: A walk and talk focusing on the industrial heritage of the Don Gorge will take place from 10am to noon. Participants should meet near The Boat Inn, Sprotborough. Charges are £2.50 for adults and 50p for children and bookings can be made on (01302) 852864.

EVENTS: The weekly car boot sale will take place for bargain-hunters at the Keepmoat Stadium from 6.30am to 12.30pm. Toilets and refreshments are available. For more details contact (01302) 862480.

MONDAY
ART: A week of community art workshops will get under way at Cusworth Hall with Neil McGregor who returns after hosting a successful art school last summer. Tickets and full details of classes are available at www.doncaster.gov.uk/cusworthhall or on (01302) 782342.

TUESDAY
WALK: The Sancton Sanction is the title of a walk organised by Doncaster Ramblers which will take place in Sancton Wold, Houghton Hall, Houghton Moor Wood and North Newblod. Participants should meet on the village green at North Newbold on the A1034 at 10am. Contact Peter Rooke on (01302) 341254 for more details.

WEDNESDAY
EVENTS: Visitors to Brodsworth Hall will be able to learn about the estate's archaeology when Colin Merrony of Sheffield University will be discussing recent excavations on the site. The event runs from 2pm and requires advance booking on (01302) 722598.

WALK: A Branton Browse is the name of an evening stroll organised by Doncaster Ramblers which will take in a five mile stroll around the Branton area. Meet at 6.30pm on Auckley village green. For more details call George Gatt on (01302) 538517.
