Biker Killed

A 42-YEAR-OLD man has been killed in a motorbike accident on York Road yesterday.
The man, who was from Carcroft, was riding towards Woodlands when he collided with a black Peugeot 206 that was turning right across the dual carriageway onto Alwyn Avenue towards Scawthorpe just after 6pm.

The driver of the car, a 30 year-old woman from Sprotbrough, was not injured in the collision.

The man was riding a blue Suzuki SV650.
